Staying Strong in Everyday Life: Climate Change and Healthy Ageing – Why Physical Activity Matters More Than Ever

[Translate to English:] Flyer for the Uni-talk of Sarah Koch and Sierra Arn

Our daily lives are becoming increasingly complex and present us with new challenges. On 16 September 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Sarah Koch and Sierra Arn will explain at Bibliothek Neubad how we can stay active and healthy in a changing environment.

Hot summer days, air pollution, and urbanization are increasingly affecting our daily lives – and our opportunities to stay physically active.

Yet physical activity remains a key factor in healthy ageing. Exercise physiologists Sarah Koch and Sierra Arn provide practical insights into how environmental changes influence our physical activity. What can we do to promote physical activity, health, and quality of life?
